Biography
Aka Eze Aka is a seasoned broadcasting professional turned public servant, serving as Enugu State’s Commissioner for Information and Communication since August 2023. With an academic foundation in accountancy and a four‑dimension media career—including leadership roles across radio platforms—he transitioned into governance as Udenu LGA Chairman in late 2024. Known for his grassroots vision and accessible leadership, he brings media‑savvy communication and community‑centered service to his role at the state level.
Aka built his reputation in broadcasting before moving into public service, first as Commissioner for Information and later as Executive Chairman of Udenu LGA. In office, he has driven visible development—from reviving stalled road projects to improving the council secretariat and basic community services. Known for a humble, accessible, people-first style, his open-door approach has strengthened public trust.
